- Cut the stalk ends of the asparagus
- Chop asparagus into into bite sized pieces - twos or threes
- Saute on a skilled with olive oil for 5-6 minutes
- In the middle, add some salt, lime juice
- Add ground pepper / garam masala at the end
- Mix and serve
